TERMS OF DELIVERY

We deliver small orders of up to 5 parcels by post, larger orders will be delivered by courier.

It is important that you are at home at the time of delivery.

The delivery window is 4 hours, just like Ikea. The standard delivery time is between 8.00am and 12.00pm.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will need to arrange in advance what the courier is to do with your order.

If you have not made an appointment and are not at home at the time of delivery, you will need to arrange a new delivery time with the courier yourself. The contact details of the courier will be included in our delivery email.

If you wish, your order can be left at a specified location, but this is at your own risk.

If your order has already been produced but you are unable to collect it, you can have your order held by our carrier for a fee.

We cannot accept any liability for improper storage or climatic conditions.

If you know at the time of ordering that you will not be able to accept your order within the specified delivery time, please let us know in good time. This will allow us to plan production accordingly.

Please note that worktops and cabinets will only be delivered to the kerbside and will not be carried into the home. If your worktop is longer than 240cm you will need helpers to carry it.

Fronts/side panels etc. will be delivered to the flat/house.

Unfortunately, the carrier does not offer the option of taking back the packaging material. In the future we will try to find an environmentally friendly alternative with reusable packaging, but unfortunately this is not yet technically possible for our packaging.

Please check the number of packages on the delivery note before signing for delivery.

If you notice any visible transport damage on delivery, please make a note of this with the carrier.

A claim for transport damage must be made within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.

We also ask you to unpack the goods immediately and check them for damage!

Please document this before installation.

We cannot accept any liability for damage after installation.

As soon as you receive your delivery, it is important that you check it for completeness and any faults, so that we can produce immediately in case of doubt.

The fronts and sides must be stored horizontally on top of each other without gaps to prevent warping.  They require a moderate climate, without excessive moisture or dryness.

Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to duties, taxes and charges not included in the total price shown.

Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware im Inland und EU Ausland innerhalb von 6--8 Wochen, nach Vertragsschluss mit dem Zeitpunkt Ihres Zahlungseingangs.

Beachten Sie, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen keine Zustellung erfolgt.

Haben Sie Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Ihnen getroffen haben. 

Die Lieferzeit bestimmt sich in diesem Fall nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit den Sie bestellt haben.
